STRATFORD, Conn. & RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kitchen Brains (formerly SCK Direct, Inc.) has been chosen by Luihn Food Systems, a franchisee of Yum! Brands Inc. (NYSE:YUM) to automate and streamline food production in Luihn Foods’ KFC® restaurants.
Luihn Food Systems chose to integrate Kitchen Brains’ breakthrough technology: Quality Production Management (QPM) application, a systemic solution that wirelessly networks cooking appliances, automates food production and provides real time remote monitoring and administration capabilities, while delivering meaningful quantifiable results in the areas of food quality, food availability, cost control and asset management.
