PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forever, Inc., the first and only permanent online photo storage and sharing company, today announced that it has acquired 100% of Panstoria, Inc., the leading digital scrapbooking and photo organizing company. Prior to 2013, Panstoria® software was marketed under the Creative Memories® brand name. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
