SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silego Technology introduces the SLG59M1557, a 28 mΩ P-Channel, ultra-low quiescent current GreenFET3 load switch. The product is based on Silego’s proprietary sub-micron CuFET technology. The device can achieve 0.1uA typical and 1uA maximum quiescent current in both ON and OFF states. This device has an integrated level shift function for the ON pin, which allows the system MCU to directly turn on or off the load switch without any discrete logic or level shifting components.

The first version of this product is introduced in the STDFN package (1.0x1.0x0.55 mm). The STDFN package offers superb mechanical protection. The package can be directly soldered on the PCB or flexible cable without using any PCB under-fill. The STDFN package has a significantly higher mechanical stress tolerance than a WLCSP packaging, both during manufacturing and end use. This is particularly valuable for wearable electronics which may be frequently dropped by users.
The 59M1557 is also available in Silego’s proprietary Lo-ZTM ETDFN package technology, which can reduce the STDFN package max height from 0.50 mm down to 0.3 mm. Please contact Silego for more information.
