CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: UDHC) said on Thursday it will acquire an equipment leasing company, S&H Leasing, Inc. for cash and stock.
The acquisition consists of assets including but not limited to customer lists and files, as well as owned vehicles, trailers, scissor lifts and large construction tools and equipment.
The company foresees the acquisition as a new business tactic to boost revenue, which is very important as the company plans to strengthen its foothold within the market. Ulysses’s top executives strategically planned the acquisition to compliment its JNS Power subsidiary's business objectives.
With this new acquisition, Ulysses will now be able to completely compete for a lot of customers and jobs with its competition who already offer such financing alternatives.
Jean Howe, President & Chief Executive Officer stated, "This added business will allow the company to target consumers and jobs previously out of reach in addition to the added revenue stream.”
