Online Travel Content and Services Provider

HOBOKEN, N.J. & CHICHESTER, England--()--John Wiley & Sons Ltd., the European company of global publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE:JWa) (NYSE:JWb), announced today that it has acquired Whatsonwhen Ltd., a U.K.-based provider of travel-related online content, technology, and services.

The acquisition of Whatsonwhen will significantly enhance Wileys extensive travel-related content business, which includes the integrated online and print Frommers, For Dummies, and Unofficial Guides brands, said Stephen A.
