Jerry Mraz has over 25 years of management experience in a variety of industries, holding a diversity of positions. Mr. Mraz has over a decade of international operations and sales experience, working in many world markets including North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and China. Before founding 4th FLOOR INVESTMENTS, Mr. Mraz was Director of Matsushita Technology Corporation of America (MTEC), Illinois, a $34 million subsidiary of Matsushita Electric of Japan.

Thomas Geza Varga, a versatile executive with over 18 years of experience in management, marketing and engineering, is a change agent with proven success in management turnarounds and startups. Mr. Varga has direct experience in the IT consulting, telecommunications, high-speed manufacturing, and capital equipment OEM sectors, with strong knowledge of multi-unit operational enterprises.
