The executives bring a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to their new roles, having each served as chief operating officer of their respective company prior to this announcement. Both will continue to report to Division President Alfred P. Moore, who also is responsible for Innoviant Pharmacy Benefits Administrator and Innoviant Rx, a mail-order prescription fulfillment company.
As a member of the senior management team since Wausau Benefits became an independent company in 2000, Anliker was closely involved with its acquisition in 2003 by Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV). He brings more than 15 years experience in accounting, finance and management to his role. Anliker previously was COO, and, before that, chief financial officer and treasurer for Wausau Benefits, responsible for all finance operations, human resources and risk management. Prior to that, Anliker held the position of senior vice president for custom accounts underwriting, responsible for the profitable growth of the affinity group business unit of Wausau Insurance, the former parent company of Wausau Benefits.
Anliker holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.

Weymer has served as COO for Avidyn Health since the company's launch earlier this year. He was responsible for all operational areas including sales, account management, information technology and the nursing and non-clinical staff who work in the three service centers. Weymer's background is characterized by more than 25 years in the care management industry, particularly in operations and sales management. He co-founded ValueCHECK, a Dallas-based care management company that delivered services to third party administrators and their self-funded clients, providing disease management, case management, and utilization management to 1.3 million health plan members. ValueCHECK was combined with the care management units of Wausau Benefits and Benefit Planners to create Avidyn Health in January 2004. Prior to ValueCHECK, Weymer held a number of executive leadership positions with Cigna, including vice president of network services and head of the Intracorp group health division.
Weymer is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Ohio. He received a master's degree in counseling and personnel services from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
