Balanced Body® Moves into New, Ecologically-Sound Facility; Expands Sacramento Workforce

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Balanced Body®, the leading source of mindful movement equipment, information and education, has moved its entire operation into a new, “green” building in Sacramento. The more than 100,000 sq. foot building on 88th Street houses Balanced Body’s office space and manufacturing facility. The building features 1,000 solar panels, as well as skylights, climate controlled fans, dust collection systems and a foam roof. Most importantly, the move provides Balanced Body room to grow.

Committed to growing its presences within the region, Balanced Body has increased its local workforce by over 20% since the beginning of the year to a total of 142 employees. “We have chosen to stay in Sacramento to take care of our workforce and continue our investment in American manufacturing. Our people are our priority and we don’t want to lose anyone by moving too far away,” explained Endelman. “Besides, I want to continue to ride my bike to work!”
