Schneider Adds 100 Driver Jobs in Greater Birmingham Area
Weekly time at home, Dedicated accounts and up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available
GREEN BAY, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Schneider, one of the nation’s largest truckload carriers, is immediately hiring 100 professional truck drivers in the Birmingham-McCalla-Bessemer, Ala., area and its surrounding suburbs to meet a wide variety of growing business needs. Many of the positions are within the company’s Dedicated division, with additional opportunities available across other divisions in Schneider’s fleet.

Schneider Dedicated account truck drivers deliver freight for one customer, which means consistent weekly home time, freight, miles and paychecks. These positions deliver freight from distribution centers in the greater Birmingham area and provide annual earnings up to $64,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

In addition to Dedicated positions, Schneider has openings across its Regional, Tanker, Team Expedited and Long-Haul divisions. Most positions offer weekly time at home options and annual earnings up to $70,000. In addition, sign-on bonuses of up to $7,500 are available.
Schneider is also leasing owner-operators across Alabama. Owner-operators may choose from percentage or mileage lease options and may be eligible for up to a $5,000 lease-on incentive.
