Strategic Decisions Group Announces China Advisory Board
PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) announced today the establishment of its China Advisory Board, which will help the firm better serve its multinational clients with interests or operations in the region. The firm also names William Clement Henderson, former senior partner at EgonZehnder, and Caroline Wang, Professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Business School, as founding members of the Board.

William Clement Henderson led EgonZehnder’s Greater China practice, and has experience across the wider region, including Japan, Korea, Australia and Pakistan. He advises corporations on key strategic and people decisions, and has led a large number of senior leadership resourcing and evaluation projects for a wide range of both multinational and local corporations.
Professor Caroline Wang was IBM’s highest ranking Asian female executive globally when she was appointed Professor by HKUST Business School in 2003 for its MBA and Executive programs. She also serves as Program Director for HKUST’s MBA program in the Middle East. Prior to her career in education, she had 30 years of experience with IBM in the US and Asia Pacific in a range of roles, and has published two books on managerial decision-making and leadership in both Chinese and English.
