PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett has appointed Integra Realty Resources’ (IRR) Senior Managing Director Joseph Pasquarella, MAI, CRE, FRICS, to the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. In this prestigious four-year position, Pasquarella, who leads the Philadelphia office of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm, will be called upon to help establish professional standards for all real estate appraisers throughout the state, and regulate the certification process.

Pasquarella began his real estate career in 1973 before joining IRR’s Philadelphia office in 1999. He has worked with a variety of clients, including the world’s largest financial institutions, government agencies, major law firms, and Fortune 100 companies. He has extensive experience in the valuation of shopping centers, major office buildings, hotels, special purpose properties, and beyond. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University.
