Seasoned Veteran Named New Director of Sales and Marketing for Luxury Manhattan Hotel

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Omni Berkshire Place, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, announced the appointment of Ruztique Toscano as the new director of sales and marketing. In this role she will oversee see all sales and marketing efforts, which include managing, developing and implementing sales strategies that drive group, business and leisure travel business, as well as directing all marketing communications and advertising efforts for the hotel.

Toscano brings more than 13 years of experience to the Omni Berkshire Place. She joins the hotel from Sofitel New York, where she served as the director of sales and marketing for the last two and half years. Prior to that, she served as Director of Sales with Millennium Hotels in New York. Furthermore, she has served in key national sales positions for Loews Hotels, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

She is well-known among her industry peers for exceeding goals and increasing revenue.
