InfoSystems Celebrates 20-Year Anniversary
What started as a vision on a napkin has become an award-winning technology solutions provider serving the southeast
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InfoSystems, one of the fastest-growing business technology solutions providers in the Southeast, is pleased to announce that March 1, 2014 marks the company’s 20th anniversary.
“We attribute our success to our commitment to serving the needs of our customers, employees and community”
Twenty years ago, a handful of employees from A&A Business Machines sketched a business concept on a napkin, seeing opportunity in the newly emerging business computer market. The company has since grown from eight to nearly 50 employees, with offices in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville and Atlanta.
“We attribute our success to our commitment to serving the needs of our customers, employees and community,” said InfoSystems President and CEO, Clay Hales. “Many of our first customers are still with us, which is a reflection of our dedication, service and partnership as we have navigated economic turmoil and rapid change in the industry together.”
“The world of business technology is still as exciting now as it was 20 years ago,” continued Hales. “We’ve worked hard to stay ahead of the rate of change, both for our customers and ourselves.”
The company will be celebrating the milestone all year, starting with the unveiling of a commemorative logo to be displayed alongside their mark, and continuing at various events through December.
InfoSystems has been recognized numerous times in recent years, garnering the North American IBM Mid-Market Leadership Award, the CRN Tech Elite 250 and twice named the Chattanooga Small Business of the Year, among others.
“Whatever the next 20 years will bring, we are looking forward to continuing to serve our community, our employees, and our customers’ business technology needs,” said Hales.
