FormFast to Feature Integrated Automation Solutions at HIMSS 2014
Leading health IT solution provider to highlight how interoperable process automation technologies solve key hospital challenges
ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With healthcare leaders focused more than ever on process improvement, the health IT community will gather in Orlando for the annual HIMSS conference to share new ways to improve outcomes and discover tools to help them meet their objectives.
“[FormFast is] getting a lot of interest for the category of solutions we offer. Hospitals seem to have a variety of specific pain points, but most of them relate back to doing more with less [resources].”
The 2014 Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference and exhibition is being held from February 23 - 27 in Orlando, Florida. Over the course of the conference, attendees will get a chance to participate in educational sessions, hear presentations from industry thought leaders, and learn how health IT vendors, such as FormFast, are developing solutions to their challenges.
As the leading provider of electronic forms management solutions for healthcare, FormFast is no stranger to the HIMSS conference, or to healthcare process improvement. For more than 20 years, FormFast has provided software tools and services to help hospitals streamline processes, increase automation, and achieve higher levels of performance.
At this year’s HIMSS conference, in Booth #2374, FormFast will be showcasing the newest versions of its process automation offerings, including automated registration, electronic signature capture, and clinical documentation solutions to name a few. Offering a comprehensive suite of technology, complete with eForms, electronic signature, data capture, workflow automation, content management, and output management, FormFast is equipped with the right tools to help hospitals eliminate inefficiency and boost performance.
FormFast’s Director of Marketing, Aaron Vaught shares, “[FormFast is] getting a lot of interest for the category of solutions we offer. Hospitals seem to have a variety of specific pain points, but most of them relate back to doing more with less [resources].”
Vaught cites concerns of lower reimbursements paired with increasing quality standards and how the two drivers are creating a need for greater efficiency across healthcare organizations.
“Many hospitals are performing gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in their environments. This is where FormFast comes in. We are providing solutions, such as electronic signature capture and online clinical documentation, which prevent process bottlenecks not addressed by the EMR and eliminate the scanning of documents into the medical record.”
FormFast integrates with a wide variety of health IT systems, including HIS, archiving, ECM and financial platforms, adding functionality and further automating processes. Complementary features provided by FormFast allow health IT leaders to maximize their investment in core hospital systems. Increased automation allows hospital staff to focus more on mission-critical tasks and patient care.
“We’re excited about the future of automation in healthcare,” states Vaught. “There is still a lot of room to improve clinical processes and unlimited potential in supporting departments beyond the clinical environment.”
FormFast will be exhibiting at Booth 2374 at HIMSS14 in Orlando on February 24 -26 during exhibition hours. Learn more about FormFast at www.formfast.com.
