IF Bancorp, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend
WATSEKA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IF Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital: IROQ) (the “Company”), the holding company for Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about April 15, 2014, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 24, 2014. This is the second cash dividend for the Company since the completion of its initial public offering on July 7, 2011.
