AlphaCipher Appoints Mr. Steven Lutz VP – Security Technology
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AlphaCipher Acquisition Corporation (d/b/a “Vadium”) today announced the appointment of Mr. Steven Lutz as Vice President – Security Technology. Steve brings more than 30 years of information security and technology expertise to Vadium.

Mr.Lutz brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, information systems and security to Vadium. He has been a leader in the financial services, aerospace and government sectors in providing state-of-the-art information security solutions. Prior to joining the Company he was founder and President of WaySecure Consulting, Inc., a boutique security consultancy. WaySecure provided information security consulting and assessments to a number of Fortune 500 companies globally. Before forming WaySecure, he was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Information Systems Advisory and Assurance Services group. He has extensive program management experience and specializes in managing large complex engagements. Before Ernst & Young, he was in charge of Network and Distributed Systems Security at The Chase Manhattan Bank where he was responsible for global network security and advanced projects in high risk environments. Prior to Chase, he provided security expertise to the DoD and intelligence communities of the U.S. government. Steve holds a B.S. in Information Security from the State University of New York.
