Both will be working out of the company’s world headquarters in Boston.

In his role at Racepoint Global, John directs and leads the Global Digital Services team – a group of talented creative heads, producers and developers – and manages multi-disciplined teams to execute programs that span a variety of channels including digital, emerging media, video and traditional branding.
Before joining Racepoint Global, John was vice president, group creative director at VML, where John led an international team of artists, copywriters, video specialists and user experience experts. Previous to VML, John was senior vice president, group creative director at Digitas, serving several flagship agency accounts, such as General Motors North America, Virgin Life Care and AT&T.
As the Senior Vice President, Director of Production Services, Madlene leads and directs the delivery of Racepoint Global’s digital creative, content, technology and traditional studios work from concept to final production. She manages quality control for all programs the agency executes to ensure Racepoint is delivering exceptional, cutting edge work. With her outstanding process engineering skills and ability to improve margins on both large and small accounts, Madlene is a key addition to the agency.
Before coming to Racepoint Global, Madlene was the director of operations at Cambridge BioMarketing and project management office vice president and general manager at Cramer.
