Alorica Earns Great Place to Work® Recognition Across 11 Countries and Celebrates First-Ever Certification in Canada

Achievement reflects Alorica's employee-driven culture amid rapid growth and continued global expansion

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alorica, a global leader in customer experience solutions, today announced that its Great Place to Work® certified footprint now spans 11 countries across the Americas and Asia, representing approximately 75,000 employees globally. The milestone includes Great Place to Work® certification in Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, and the Philippines.

This recognition is based entirely on direct employee feedback. Around 14,000 employees participated in Great Place to Work® surveys, providing feedback on workplace trust, leadership credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. In newly-certified Canada, 82% of employees said Alorica is a great place to work, compared to 60% at a typical Canadian company. Across certified countries, an average of approximately 83% of employees said Alorica is a great place to work, with Jamaica and Colombia leading at 90%. Employees also rated Alorica highly in key areas that contribute to a positive workplace experience, with 90% saying Alorica is a fair and equitable place to work, 86% rating communication between management and employees positively, and 80% saying they are proud to work for Alorica. Alorica Mexico was named one of the Best Places to Work™ for Women for the second consecutive year, while Alorica Paraguay was recognized as a Great Place to Work® Best Workplace™ for Young Talent 2026.

The achievement comes during a period of significant growth. In less than two quarters, Alorica's Americas region has expanded its workforce by more than 5,500 team members, representing more than 20% growth driven by increased demand from clients across the healthcare, telecommunications and financial services sectors. The company has continued to invest globally, opening a new site in Cagayan, Philippines, while expanding operations in India through a new location in Sattva Global City and an additional floor at its existing Bhartiya City site.

"Earning Great Place to Work certification is meaningful but to achieve it for several consecutive years in many of the countries we operate—that’s how you know you're truly making progress," said Jose Ramirez, President of the Americas. "Recertification requires us to keep listening, improving and raising the bar in employee experience every year. Our employees' expectations continue to evolve, and that's exactly how it should be. These recognitions reflect the feedback, trust and partnership of our teams around the world, and we're especially proud to welcome Canada to the group for the first time."

Alorica continues to invest in employee development, career growth and employee well-being across its global operations. More than 3,300 employees were promoted into new roles this year, while employees completed more than 360,000 courses through Alorica University where they can build new skills and explore career pathways. Beyond the workplace, Alorica's employee-led nonprofit, Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA), has raised more than $10 million and delivered over 15,000 grants since its founding over a decade ago, providing crisis support to employees and communities around the world. The company's global employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 75, well above the world-class benchmark of 50, further reflects strong employee engagement and satisfaction.

As Alorica continues to grow globally, the company remains focused on creating opportunities for advancement, investing in employee development and building workplaces where people can build long-term careers.
