Reveal Adds Claude Connector to Onna, Giving Legal Teams a Way to Collect and Search Employees’ AI Conversations

Onna users can now collect and search Claude conversations, files and artifacts alongside ChatGPT and Gemini, then move them into review with a single chain of custody

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reveal, the provider of integrated AI-native platforms that span the eDiscovery lifecycle, has added Claude to the AI sources its Onna platform can collect and search. Through Anthropic’s Compliance API, available to Claude Enterprise customers, legal and IT teams can now pull the conversations, files, and shared artifacts employees generate in Claude and review them as evidence in disputes and investigations.

Claude joins ChatGPT and Gemini as sources of AI-generated content Onna supports. As companies adopt Claude across daily work, the prompts employees write, the files they share and the artifacts the model generates have become increasingly essential evidence in legal matters. Most eDiscovery tools can’t reach them, which leaves organizations unable to preserve, collect, search or produce that content in disputes and investigations.

Research shows the unexpected toll this creates for many organizations. In the 2026 Collaboration Data Risk & Readiness Report, the average legal team said it discovered new data sources partway through collection in 39% of matters, forcing them to start over. Every AI tool an organization adopts adds another source to that list.

“When someone drafts a strategy memo or works through a contract dispute in Claude, that conversation is a business record that can become relevant, and in some cases critical, to an investigation or litigation,” said Eric Harmon, CEO of Reveal. “Legal teams can now find it, collect it and move it into review using the same process they already run for email and chat.”

Built for In-House Teams

Claude collection is also part of Reveal’s recently announced Corporate Suite, which connects preservation and legal holds in Reveal Hold, collection and early case assessment in Onna, and review and production in Logikcull into one powerfully simple workflow any legal team can run itself.

Governance decisions made at the hold stage inform what Onna collects, and a targeted set moves into review in one step, carrying a single chain of custody from preservation through production, and eliminating the vast majority of non-relevant data that typically drives up discovery costs. Preservation for AI sources is also coming to Reveal Hold, extending the same process upstream.

Using Anthropic’s Compliance API, Onna discovers an organization’s custodians and collects each of their Claude conversations, the core record that links to every related file and artifact. Data is organized by organization, custodian and matter—all made searchable and logged with a full audit trail. Teams target by custodian and date, cull before sending the data to review, and move only responsive documents downstream.

Claude collection is now available to all Onna customers. Organizations can request access at Onna.com.
