Watts Water Named to Newsweek’s “America’s Greenest Companies 2027” List

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) – through its subsidiaries, one of the world’s leading manufacturers and providers of plumbing, heating and water quality products and solutions – was named to Newsweek’s America’s Greenest Companies 2027 list for the fourth consecutive year.

Presented by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group and GIST Impact, America’s Greenest Companies 2027 recognizes the top 650 U.S. companies for their environmental sustainability and advancements in managing their sustainability footprint.

The ranking is based on research and analysis of publicly available data from U.S. organizations, both public and private, that meet the European Union Benchmark's minimum exclusion criteria. More than 6,000 companies were initially reviewed, and more than 1,700 met the eligibility criteria. Companies were evaluated and scored on more than 25 parameters across four categories: greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste generation, and commitment and disclosure. The methodology also considers performance relative to industry peers, emphasizes emissions intensity and reporting, and uses media monitoring and validation by Newsweek, Plant-A Insights Group and GIST Impact.

“Being recognized among America’s Greenest Companies highlights the work Watts is doing to operate responsibly and develop products and solutions that improve water quality and efficiency,” said Robert J. Pagano, Jr., CEO, President and Chairperson of the Board at Watts. “This honor belongs to our employees, whose commitment to innovation and disciplined execution helps us deliver lasting value for our customers and shareholders, as well as the communities we serve.”

This honor follows Watts’ inclusion on Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Companies 2026 list, which recognized leading U.S. companies across financial leadership, innovation, employer testimonials and sustainability performance.

These recognitions from Newsweek add to a series of recent honors for Watts, including TIME’s America’s Best Companies and World’s Most Impactful Companies, The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work, Barron’s 100 Most Sustainable Companies, and USA Today America’s Climate Leaders 2026.
