CHG Healthcare Names Pete LaBore Executive Vice President of Sales Operations

MIDVALE, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CHG Healthcare, the nation’s leading physician and advanced-practice provider workforce experts, today announced that Pete LaBore has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Sales Operations.

LaBore will lead the strategy to optimize and modernize the sales and recruitment operations, including implementing AI and technology enhancements. He will join CHG’s executive leadership team.

LaBore brings more than 20 years of experience scaling and transforming consumer, tech-enabled, and service businesses in the outdoor, apparel, and direct-to-consumer spaces. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Christy Sports, where he led the company’s next phase of growth with a focus on customer experience, omnichannel expansion, operational excellence, and brand development. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Reformation and Backcountry, guiding both businesses through major growth and ownership transitions. Between operating roles, LaBore ran his own consulting practice, 5660 Consulting, and continues to serve on advisory boards for outdoor and consumer brands including Stio and PAKA Apparel.
