The acquisition expands Hawk Ridge Systems’ software presence, further establishing SOLIDWORKS, DriveWorks and design automation across the Southeast.

TPM’s manufacturing customers will continue to have access to the product expertise they have established with the TPM team, now supported by Hawk Ridge Systems’ broader portfolio of engineering and manufacturing software, training and professional services.

“TPM has spent years earning the kind of trust across the Southeast that speaks for itself,” said Dale Ford, CEO of Hawk Ridge Systems. “The TPM team has built an outstanding SOLIDWORKS and DriveWorks business around deep customer relationships, technical expertise and a genuine commitment to helping manufacturers succeed. By bringing our teams together, we can extend that impact to more customers, while building greater scale and capability in our software business.”

TPM’s manufacturing division will become part of Hawk Ridge Systems, with both organizations working together to support a smooth transition for employees, customers and technology partners. The TPM team will join Hawk Ridge Systems as part of the transaction. This completes a multi-year transformation for TPM as it looks to deepen its focus and accelerate growth in its core equipment business and sister CRM company, TrebleHook.

“As a 53-year-old family business, we’ve always measured success by how well we take care of our customers and people,” said Chris Fay, CEO of TPM. “Hawk Ridge Systems shares that commitment and brings the scale, technical resources and expanded capabilities to help our customers accomplish even more. As we complete the final steps of this organizational transformation, we are confident this is the right home for our manufacturing team and our valued customers.”

Hawk Ridge Systems’ portfolio gives customers access to 3DEXPERIENCE, CAMWorks and other engineering and manufacturing technologies, along with implementation services, expert technical support and live and on-demand training.
