NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crux AI today launched as a U.S.-based AI infrastructure company built to deliver dedicated compute at industrial scale.

Crux AI has secured an initial $5 billion equity commitment from funds managed by Blackstone. For its launch platform, Google will provide TPUs, software and services. These relationships give Crux AI access to substantial long-term capital and differentiated technology.
