(NYSE: MH), a leading global provider of education solutions for preK-12, higher education and professional learning, today announced the acquisition of Teachally, enabling the company to develop, adapt and bring high-quality K-12 curriculum products to market faster in the U.S. and around the world, while offering new AI-powered tools that help teachers save time, simplify lesson planning and customize McGraw Hill curriculum to their classroom needs.
Co-founded by Daniel Bernstein and Rushil Makkar and designed specifically for high-quality curriculum development to support classroom instruction, Teachally’s AI platform gives educators the ability to create, localize and translate standards-aligned instructional materials, grounded in instructional content and ready for classroom use.
McGraw Hill will use these capabilities to more efficiently create and localize products domestically and internationally, while expanding access to time-saving AI tools grounded in its trusted, high-quality content and pedagogical expertise, helping educators develop and customize instructional materials aligned to academic standards, learning goals and classroom needs.
