Jackson Healthcare Named One of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers

Recognition Program Ranks Company No. 4 on Annual Health and Wellbeing List

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Healthcare®, the trusted authority in healthcare talent and workforce solutions, today announced it has been named to the 2026 list of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers®. Published in the latest issue of the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the organization appears at No. 4 in the “large company” category.

Jackson Healthcare was selected as one of Atlanta’s Healthiest Employers based on its focus on holistic associate wellbeing. This includes an onsite health and wellness clinic that provides primary and preventative care solutions for associates and their families, both in-person and virtually; mental health and counseling offerings, along with onsite pet therapy dogs; a state-of-the-art fitness center with individual workout opportunities, group fitness classes, personal training and physical therapy; outdoor relaxation areas, including a koi pond, putting green, bocce ball and pickleball court; an onsite accredited childcare center; locally-sourced, healthy eating options in the company’s on-campus dining facilities; robust professional learning and development programs; financial wellbeing education services; community impact service opportunities and company matching gifts programs.

“When our associates feel supported across the many aspects of their lives, they're able to bring their best selves to work and make a real difference for our clients and the patients we serve,” said Shane Jackson, president, Jackson Healthcare. “Our wellbeing offerings are intentional and not about checking boxes. They reflect our commitment to seeing our associates as whole people and investing in their success both inside and outside the workplace."

The annual Healthiest Employers Award Program is a comprehensive online assessment powered by health intelligence platform Springbuk, which evaluates companies on six key areas of health and wellbeing. These include culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communications and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics. These categories, and the scoring and benchmarking methodology, were developed with a national, non-biased group of representatives from the academic, medical, wellness and business communities.

"This recognition validates what our associates already know: we genuinely care about their wellbeing, and that's part of what makes them come, stay and build careers here,” added Robyn Smith, chief human resources officer at Jackson Healthcare. “Our associates tell us what matters to them, and we listen closely. This year, we created a dedicated program manager role to help ensure our entire wellness ecosystem works together seamlessly, launched a new incentive platform, and expanded our clinic services nationwide so every associate can access care."
