SalesJack Launches Radar and Major CRM and Mobile App Upgrades for LBM Sales Teams

New AI search and proactive flags help reps know what to do next, while upgraded web and mobile experiences make it easier to cross-sell, drill into accounts, and act from anywhere.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SalesJack, the sales platform built for lumberyards and building materials dealers (LBM), today launched SalesJack Radar alongside major upgrades to its CRM and mobile app. The release adds AI search and an AI agent that proactively identifies the biggest opportunities, and improved navigation built around rep priorities.

Radar Flags surfaces high-value quotes waiting on follow-up, active permits without recent orders, and customers going quiet.

SalesJack already brings dealer data together across ERP data, 3rd party quotes, permit data, and email data. The new release makes that connected data more useful. Radar turns it into answers and recommended actions, the upgraded CRM makes it easier to see what matters and explore the full customer relationship, and all that information is now also available through the mobile app.

“We already gave dealers a connected view of their data. This release is about making that data useful in the moment. Radar tells reps where to focus and lets them ask why with our AI chatbot,” said Ryan Dempsey, CEO of SalesJack.

SalesJack Radar: Ask any question and see what needs attention

Radar Chat lets a rep ask a question in plain English and searches across the dealer's connected ERP data, emails, quotes, permits, CRM records, jobs, and orders to provide an answer in seconds. A rep might ask, "Which of my customers have active permits but no recent orders?" or "Show my largest open quotes that have not been followed up."

Radar is permission-aware. Dealers control what each user can see, so reps can query only the accounts and records they are authorized to access, while managers can view insights across the team.

Radar Flags works in the background to identify the opportunities and risks most worth attention, including high-value quotes waiting on follow-up, active permits without recent orders, customers going quiet, cross-sell gaps, and delayed orders. SalesJack surfaces them in a prioritized feed, with every flag linked to the customer, quote, permit, order, or job behind it.

Leading independent LBM dealers run on SalesJack

Dealers including PARR Lumber, Hamilton Building Supply, HPM Building Supply, Evanston Lumber, and Schillings use SalesJack today. PARR Lumber added $1 million in new revenue using SalesJack's automated permit leads.
