Acquisition provides builders and developers across the Metro DC region with enhanced resources and continued local service

WICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProHome, a leading provider of builder warranty management services, today announced it has acquired the ProHome Metro DC franchise, bringing the successful regional operation directly into ProHome’s corporate platform. The acquisition strengthens ProHome’s presence across Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Delaware while providing builders and developers in the region with direct access to the company’s resources, operational expertise and established services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
