Meads brings more than 15 years of enterprise sales and go-to-market leadership across fintech, capital markets and financial data businesses

Appointment supports SOLVE's continued expansion across fixed income markets as the company marks 15 years in business

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SOLVE, a leading provider of pre-trade data and predictive pricing for fixed income securities markets, today announced the appointment of Doug Meads as Chief Revenue Officer. Meads will lead SOLVE's sales and account management organization as the firm enters its next phase of growth, reporting to Eugene Grinberg, Co-Founder and CEO.

In his new role, Meads will define and execute SOLVE's go-to-market and commercial strategy, build the sales processes and team structures needed to support continued growth and deepen partnerships with clients, prospects and strategic partners to expand the company's market presence. He will work closely with SOLVE's product, marketing and operations teams to align client needs with business objectives. Michael Pascuma will continue to drive new business growth as Managing Director, Head of Sales, and Chris Fogarty will continue leading SOLVE's client engagement and retention efforts as Managing Director, Head of Account Management.

“We chose Doug after an extensive search because of the rare combination of vision, execution, and leadership he brings to the table,” said Eugene Grinberg, Co-Founder and CEO of SOLVE. “Doug joins a commercial organization with deep market expertise and strong client relationships. His proven ability to build and scale high-performing revenue organizations makes him an exceptional addition to our team.”

"SOLVE has built something rare: a platform that institutional fixed income desks genuinely rely on every day," said Meads. "I'm excited to join at a moment when the company is scaling quickly, and to help build the go-to-market engine that matches the strength of the product. My focus will be on deepening our relationships with existing clients while extending SOLVE's reach to new firms that need better data and pricing transparency."

Meads brings more than 15 years of sales and go-to-market leadership across fintech, capital markets and financial data companies. He most recently served as Global Head of Tech & BFSI Verticals at Envestnet Data & Analytics (Yodlee), following a prior role as Head of Sales, Fintech at the same firm. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales leadership positions at SilverCloud, Rockall Technologies (a Broadridge company), Dassault Systèmes, Linedata and Advent Software, working across banking, capital markets, wealth management and collateral management technology.
