Eldridge Closes $75 Million Sale-Leaseback with Leading Chemical Producer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eldridge Capital Management (“Eldridge”) today announced the closing of a $75 million sale-leaseback with a leading global producer of chemical inputs widely used across everyday consumer and industrial products. The lease proceeds will support the Company’s deleveraging strategy, bolster its liquidity, and support operational improvements throughout its global production facilities.

Operating across six continents, the Company is one of the largest vertically integrated producers of critical inputs into paints, coatings, plastics, paper, inks, ceramics, and industrial applications. Eldridge’s lease is collateralized by select production equipment at the Company’s flagship North American facility, which has served diverse end markets and an extensive customer network for decades.
