Indiana-based consultant has diverse employee benefits experience and broad industry reach

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alliant Insurance Services has added Yana Jones as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, expanding the firm’s benefits consulting capabilities in Indiana and across the region. Jones will work with employers to design benefits programs that align with business objectives, strengthen workforce retention, and support long-term growth.

Jones has extensive experience advising employers on employee benefits strategy and execution throughout Indiana and the Chicagoland region. She has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, financial services, and public entities, helping clients navigate complex benefits challenges.

Prior to joining Alliant, Jones served as a Health and Benefits Consultant with a national insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business/economics and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. Jones holds the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and a Voluntary Benefits designation from The Hartford School of Insurance.
