Neostella Opens NeoSummit 2026 This Week as Legal Leaders Face Rising Pressure to Operate Differently

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neostella will host NeoSummit 2026 May 6 and 7 at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort. The goal of NeoSummit is to bring together legal leaders for two days focused on the future of legal work while reflecting on a shift happening across the industry.

“A legal conference should do more than showcase technology,” said Neostella CEO Matt Lautz.

Speakers include New York Times bestselling author Amanda Knox, Neostella CEO Matt Lautz, and more, alongside operators and partners working across personal injury, mass tort and high-volume legal practices. Sessions will cover broken workflows, leadership under pressure, AI adoption, operational visibility, case management performance, strategic partnerships, software adoption, intake, and brand development.

Legal teams are under pressure to improve efficiency, adopt AI, manage rising costs, and deliver better client experiences. NeoSummit is built around the reality the legal industry is currently facing. Across more than 25 sessions and 2 days of programming, the agenda focuses on how legal work actually moves through firms, where breakdowns occur, and what leaders need to change to build more scalable operations.

“A legal conference should do more than showcase technology,” said Neostella CEO Matt Lautz. “It should help leaders understand where their operations are creating friction, where trust is being lost and what they can change when they return to their firms.”

That perspective is shared by speakers across the event.

“Leading through change is not just about setting direction, it is about how you bring your team through it,” said Amy Mannix, CEO of Retrēv. “NeoSummit creates space for open, honest conversations about how we’re doing that in real time, how we set expectations without creating fear, and how we help people understand that efficiency is a shift in work, not a reduction of it.”

Beyond the sessions, NeoSummit is designed as an experience that brings together learning, reflection, and connection. Attendees will participate in curated networking, partner programming, and evening events that create space to step back from daily operations and focus on how they want to lead and grow.
