Owlet to Report First Quarter 2026 Financial Results on May 7, 2026

(“Owlet” or the “Company”) (NYSE: OWLT), the pioneer of smart infant monitoring, plans to announce first quarter 2026 financial results after market close on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Owlet’s President, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder, Kurt Workman, and Chief Financial Officer, Amanda Twede Crawford, will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET the same day to discuss these results and provide a business update.
