KB4-CON 2026 to Feature World-Renowned Climber Alex Honnold and Documentary Filmmaker Brett Culp as Keynote Speakers

KnowBe4 keynote speaking sessions to cover the mindset and discipline required to perform at the highest level as well as building a brave culture and why human-centered teams win

TAMPA BAY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KnowBe4, the world-renowned platform that comprehensively addresses human and agentic AI risk management, today announced the keynote speakers for its KB4-CON 2026 event taking place in Orlando, FL May 12-14 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The theme of this year’s event is ‘AI-Powered, Grounded in Trust’ to reflect KnowBe4’s progress in innovation and workforce trust management.

The opening keynote for KB4-CON, world-renowned climber Alex Honnold who was recently featured on Netflix, will share with attendees the mindset and discipline behind performing at the highest level; where preparation is not optional and risk is not eliminated, but meticulously managed. Drawing from his experience free soloing some of the world’s most dangerous climbs, Honnold will unpack what it truly means to master your craft: obsessive preparation, continuous skill refinement, and the ability to stay calm and focused when the stakes are highest.

The closing keynote for KB4-CON, documentary filmmaker Brett Culp, will compile real-world stories of the most inspiring, powerful moments from interviews throughout the event to incorporate throughout his presentation. These documentary-style video clips make an unforgettable impact, sharing insights about leadership, innovation, and empowerment through the real-life experiences of attendees. He will explore what it takes to build a Brave Culture where innovation, collaboration, and personal ownership create environments that flourish, even in uncertainty.

“We are excited to return to Orlando this May for our ninth annual KB4-CON event,” said Bryan Palma, CEO, KnowBe4. “This year’s theme reflects our commitment to innovation while keeping both human and agentic risk at the center of security. With a packed agenda, including Alex and Brett as our keynote speakers, attendees can expect to transform their human risk management programs and walk away with an unforgettable experience.”
