AM Best Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer to Join Innovation-Focused Panel at Formation ’26

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Andrea Keenan will join a panel discussion on insurance industry innovation at the Formation ’26 conference, which will be held April 27-29, 2026, in Orlando, FL.

The panel discussion, titled, “The Innovation Scorecard: What Analysts Really Look for in Modern Insurers,” will focus on where innovation strategy, measurable outcomes and market perception intersect and the implications for insurers. Since 2020, AM Best has considered an insurance company’s innovation efforts in its rating process given the impact of innovation on the long-term success of insurance companies. The panel discussion will cover how technology decisions can influence long-term resilience and spur a competitive advantage. The discussion is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, at 1 p.m. EDT. Keenan directs AM Best Rating Services’ strategy globally and is responsible for the commercial, public relations, business development, industry research and corporate events teams.

The conference, hosted by Duck Creek Technologies, an insurance technology provider, is themed as “Agents of Innovation.” Sessions will touch on how to modernize systems without disrupting operations; considerations in forming Insurtech partnerships; and embracing artificial intelligence responsibly.
