SBSB Names Tom Jacks as Firm’s Co-Chair of Litigation Department

Veteran trial lawyer joins co-chair Susan Noe Wilson at the helm

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier PLLC (SBSB) has named partner Tom Jacks as the firm’s co-chair of litigation.

In this role, Mr. Jacks will join Houston partner Susan Noe Wilson at the helm of the firm’s formidable litigation team, using his years of experience and leadership to help oversee litigation strategy, client relations and department growth.

Mr. Jacks, who joined SBSB in 2024 as managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office, has for more than two decades represented corporations in high-stakes litigation, including commercial disputes, high-exposure corporate defense, nationwide product liability recall claims, multi-district litigation and the defense of catastrophic injury, wrongful death and construction defect claims.
