CLEAResult Adds Industry Veteran, Harrison Grubbs, as VP, Growth Solutions

Grubbs returns to drive growth strategy, marking his third tenure with North America's largest energy efficiency provider

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CLEAResult, North America’s leading provider of demand side management, energy efficiency, and energy transition solutions, announced Harrison Grubbs joined the company as Vice President, Growth Solutions.

Grubbs brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record of scaling energy efficiency businesses. He previously contributed to CLEAResult's growth across a 16-year span. Most recently, Grubbs served as CEO of Cadeo Group, leading the company through sustained growth before its acquisition by Resource Innovations. He continued with Resource Innovations as Senior Vice President, supporting integration initiatives and organizational growth.

His expertise spans program design, business development, M&A strategy, and organizational leadership across utility, federal, and municipal markets.

In his new role, Grubbs will focus on driving growth across CLEAResult's regional operations, strengthening client relationships, and scaling the company's capabilities across North America.
