Forum Strengthens Forum Exchange Platform with Addition of Veteran Exchange Specialist Grant Turner as Managing Director

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Forum Investment Group (“Forum”) today announced the addition of Grant Turner as Managing Director, Client Portfolio Manager for Forum Exchange, further strengthening the firm’s 1031 and DST distribution platform and advancing its long-term exchange strategy.

In this newly created position, Turner will serve as a senior client-facing leader and subject matter expert across Forum’s 1031, Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), and 721 exchange strategies. He will support capital formation efforts across RIAs, wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, and high-net-worth advisor networks, while helping advisors navigate the technical, structural, and positioning considerations of tax-advantaged exchange strategies.

Turner joins Forum with more than 13 years of experience in real estate investment solutions, capital raising, and intermediary distribution. Most recently, he served as an Exchange Specialist at Ares Wealth Management, where he supported the Black Creek and Ares Real Estate Exchange platforms and completed more than $867 million in 1031 transactions.
