HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valaris Limited (NYSE: VAL) ("Valaris" or the "Company") announced today that in light of the pending business combination with Transocean Ltd., which was announced on February 9, 2026, Valaris has cancelled its fourth quarter 2025 conference call and does not intend to hold future earnings conference calls. The Company also announced that it will issue its fourth quarter 2025 earnings release on February 19, 2026 after the New York Stock Exchange closes.
