Summit Park Announces LEAD Program Promotions

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Summit Park is pleased to announce the promotion of four executives within its Leadership Excellence and Development (“LEAD”) Program, marking an important milestone in their professional advancement and continued impact across the firm’s portfolio. These promotions recognize each executive’s significant contributions and reflect the LEAD Program’s objective of developing high-caliber, operationally focused leaders at Summit Park’s portfolio companies.

LEAD Program executives receiving promotion within the Summit Park portfolio include:

  • Fletcher Baldwin – Freedom Electronics: Fletcher Baldwin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Fletcher is responsible for executing on the company’s strategic priorities while driving organizational discipline and operational efficiency to support long-term growth in the petroleum equipment and retail technology sector.
  • Dan McFarland – Elliott Aviation: Dan McFarland has been promoted to Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. Dan is responsible for driving key efficiency improvements across the organization, with a particular focus on enhancing sourcing and quoting processes within the parts department and strengthening key operational workflows.
  • Grant Miller – StableDry Services: Grant Miller has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Grant leads integration efforts for the company’s acquisitions and oversees daily operations, with an emphasis on quality control, performance monitoring, and scalability.
  • Jack Trump – Exacta Land Surveyors: Jack Trump has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial ALTA. Jack is focused on expanding the company’s ALTA survey capabilities, extending Exacta’s service portfolio to a large and valuable segment of the market.
