Over the past two years, Haber Law has achieved more than 50 percent growth in attorney headcount, broadened its regional presence, and strengthened its leadership team to meet increasing demand across South Florida’s construction, real estate, and business litigation sectors. The Firm’s tri-county expansion, including the opening of offices in Palm Beach Gardens and Fort Lauderdale, underscores its commitment to accessibility and client service.

Kyle Alonso, Partner – Condominium and HOA Law:

Alonso specializes in civil litigation and community association law. Serving as a trusted general counsel to condominiums, homeowners associations, and businesses, he brings a pragmatic approach to resolving clients’ issues.

A graduate of the University of Miami Law School in 2015, Alonso also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University (2012). His legal career reflects a blend of courtroom and boardroom experience, emphasizing creative and efficient problem-solving.

Annie Schneider, Partner – Complex Business Litigation:

Schneider’s practice focuses on litigation matters including business fraud, contractual disputes for various individuals and corporate entities, complex commercial cases, partnership disputes, and probate litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes matters involving wrongful death, complex torts, and general liability.

Schneider began her legal career in the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office where she gained extensive courtroom experience, trying dozens of misdemeanor and felony cases to verdict. She graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York in 2016.

Justin Smith, Partner – Condominium and HOA Law:

Smith’s practice focuses on representing community associations, counseling his condominium and homeowners’ association clients on all aspects of community association law. From day-to-day operations, elections, recalls, special assessments, assessment collection, vendor and service agreements, contract negotiation, and amendments, to governing documents and interpretation and application of relevant laws. Smith also works closely with boards of directors and managers to ensure the highest level of service, advice, and understanding.

He graduated from the University of Georgia and received a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising and went on to graduate cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law.
