Boucher succeeds Sarah Macdonald, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2021 and who will continue to serve on Novvia's Board of Directors. Boucher has more than three decades of executive leadership experience leading multi-billion-dollar industrial services organizations, including CEO positions at Waste Harmonics Keter, WIN Waste Innovations, Transpacific Industries, and Wheelabrator Technologies, and executive leadership roles at Republic Services and Allied Waste. Bob brings a proven track record of growth and a commitment to operational excellence.
