The Dickey Foundation’s 4th Annual Denim & Diamonds Fundraiser

An evening of generosity and Texas spirit brings The Dickey Foundation closer to $1 million raised for America’s heroes.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Dickey Foundation’s 4th Annual Denim & Diamonds fundraiser sparkled with Texas-sized heart, bringing together more than 250 guests and raising just under $200,000 in support of our nation’s first responders.

Held at The Empire Room in Dallas, the evening blended glamour, generosity, and gratitude, reflecting the core values that continue to define The Dickey Foundation’s mission. Guests enjoyed gourmet barbecue creations by Chef Matt Burton, live entertainment by crowd-favorite band 90 Proof, and energetic line dancing with Everlasting Dance.

A live Longhorn photo experience was among the night’s standout attractions, while a raffle featuring over 20 prizes ranging from $250 to $5,000 in value added excitement and engagement throughout the event.

Since its inception, The Dickey Foundation has raised nearly $1 million, funding critical safety equipment and life-saving resources for first responders across the country.

“Each year, Denim & Diamonds reminds us why we do what we do,” said Maurine Dickey, Executive Director of The Dickey Foundation. “The generosity and spirit of our community continue to inspire us as we honor the brave men and women who protect us daily.”

Roland Dickey, Jr., CEO of Dickey’s Capital Group, added, “The Foundation represents the heart of our brand, family, service and giving back. At Dickey’s, we strive to do both well and good.

This event is a beautiful reflection of that mission. Seeing our community come together for such an important cause reminds us what true Texas hospitality and compassion look like.”

The evening was a shining example of what can happen when good food, good people and a good cause come together, proving once again that kindness never goes out of style.
