"Being recognized as a Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation is a tremendous award that reflects our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace," said Renee Krug, CEO of Transflo. "This recognition validates our efforts to create an environment where all employees can contribute meaningfully and advance their careers."

The Women In Trucking organization's mission is to encourage the employment of women in the trucking industry, promote their accomplishments, and minimize the obstacles they face. Companies recognized on this list demonstrate exceptional commitment to these principles through their policies and culture.

According to Brian Everett, group publisher and editorial director of Redefining the Road magazine, the companies on this list are distinguished by several key characteristics including corporate cultures that foster gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible hours and work requirements; professional development opportunities; and clear career advancement pathways.

The selection process for this prestigious recognition involves a comprehensive two-step approach. First, company nominations are received and carefully reviewed to ensure they meet minimum qualification thresholds. Then, the final ballot of companies is voted on by individuals throughout the industry. This eighth year of the program garnered more than 21,000 votes industry-wide, demonstrating the growing momentum and importance of gender diversity in transportation.

"This recognition program shines a light on leading companies in the trucking industry that are truly committed to advancing gender diversity within their workforce," said Everett. "The most successful businesses consistently demonstrate that diverse leadership and teams bring broader perspectives and stronger outcomes. Honoring these companies affirms the meaningful progress they've made—and the recognition they've rightfully earned."

This year's list comprises a diverse range of business sectors in the commercial freight transportation marketplace, including motor carriers, third-party logistics companies, and original equipment manufacturers. These companies are being recognized at the WIT Accelerate! Conference & Expo from November 9-12 in Dallas. International Motors is the sponsor of this year's program.
