Kristen Dumbeck Joins Silverton Partners as a Principal, Addie Rasche Promoted to Principal

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Silverton Partners, Texas’ most active and longest standing institutional venture capital firm, today announced that Kristen Dumbeck has joined the firm as a Principal.

Ms. Dumbeck will help drive Silverton’s continued success as a top early stage investor. She possesses more than 10 years of collective experience across venture capital and private markets. Prior to joining Silverton Partners, Dumbeck was an investor with Point72 Ventures, where she focused on sourcing and deal execution for leading technology businesses. Prior to Point72, she was a Vice President at Edison Partners, a growth equity firm focused on technology-enabled solutions in fintech, healthcare IT, and enterprise software. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate at Hamilton Lane, a large, private markets investment management firm based in Pennsylvania.

In addition to announcing the hiring of Kristen Dumbeck, Silverton Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Addie Rasche to Principal. Ms. Rasche joined Silverton as a Senior Associate in 2023 after earning her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
