ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL) declared a regular cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.56 per share, payable September 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2025.

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL) announced today the closing of the Eighth Amendment to its Credit Agreement, which established new pricing terms for the $869 million of outstanding borrowings under the 2024 Term Loan B Facility.
