Three ONDA Partners Named Among Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine

2025 edition emphasizes firm’s excellence in family law

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dallas-based family law firm Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP, (ONDA) is proud to announce the recognition of three firm partners in D Magazine’s 2025 edition of the Best Lawyers in Dallas.

Earning repeat recognition for their family law expertise are Scott Downing, Jeff Anderson and Brad LaMorgese. The partners were selected through a process that includes peer nominations by North Texas attorneys and vetting by an independent panel of distinguished lawyers alongside the magazine’s editors.

Mr. Downing, a skilled trial lawyer who has tried numerous complex high-dollar property and custody cases, has been named to the Best Lawyers in Dallas list seven times. He is often sought out to write or speak on complex family law matters and evidentiary topics.

Mr. Anderson celebrates his 18^th year on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers list and has been inducted into the publication’s Hall of Fame. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and maintains a robust practice focused on property division, child custody and enforcement.

Mr. LaMorgese is one of only a few appellate family law attorneys in the state. He is known for handling matters related to family law trials and appeals with a focus on international custody and jurisdictional legal issues. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of Texas and is active with the Texas Family Law Foundation.
