Tech Executive Paul Naquin Joins ReSource Pro as SVP & General Manager of Technology Services

Former Capgemini COO and NTT exec Naquin to lead next phase of tech-driven growth —brings decades of experience delivering technology at scale

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ReSource Pro, a leading strategic operations partner for insurance organizations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Naquin as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Services. In this newly created role, Naquin will lead a global technology services team delivering end-to-end services for insurance organizations—including system configuration and enhancements, cloud and platform implementations, data and analytics, AI-powered automation, and production support.

Naquin brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex technology programs for some of the world’s largest consultancies and outsourcing firms, including Accenture, Capgemini, and NTT DATA Services. He most recently served as Group Senior Vice President at NTT DATA, following nearly two decades in executive roles at Capgemini, where he was Chief Operating Officer for North America.
