DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) and Bonvenu Bank will award $25,000 in Heirs’ Property Program grants to Fuller Center for Housing of Northwest Louisiana (the Fuller Center) during a ceremonial check presentation Monday, February 10. The funds will expand Fuller Center’s ability to assist low- to moderate-income homeowners with wills, succession and education.
