UGI Named Champion of Board Diversity by The Forum of Executive Women

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), an international distributor and marketer of energy products and services, today announced its designation as a Champion of Board Diversity by The Forum of Executive Women (“The Forum).

The Forum annually honors the top public companies in the Philadelphia region with 30% or more women on their respective boards. UGI is one of 46 companies that has been recognized as a Champion of Board Diversity and this is the first time that the Company has received the designation.
