Shawn has more than two decades of experience in building and leading high-performing, customer-centric presales and customer success teams for start-up and scale-up organizations. He will focus on extending the modularity, scalability, and resilience of the RestorePoint.ai Secure Managed Data Service, while maintaining an emphasis on advanced security and data protection.

He has worked as a senior executive in customer success roles at BMC Software, Broadcom, CA Technologies and Xceedium. Shawn graduated from the Hawaii Pacific University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and concentrations in software engineering and telecommunications.
